Using the Action Center
The ezTrak Edge Action Center is designed to show you everything that requires your attention. This includes fees that are due, permits that need to be renewed, permits that are awaiting a response from you.
Tip: The Action Center has available help built into each section. Click on the ? to find more information. To view in-depth help use the Quick Tips button in Action Tips or visit the ezTrak Help site.
The Payment Due section shows you your total amount due, the total number of records you have added to your cart, and the total records that have pending fees that are not in your cart. Additional features include: Get all Invoices, Add all pending fees to Cart.
Click Invoices to generate a report of all your invoices
The invoice document displays as a pdf and can be printed or downloaded using the pdf tools in the upper right hand corner.
Click to add all your pending fees to a cart.
Navigate to the shopping cart to complete payment.
The Response Pending section displays records that are awaiting a response as indicated by the reviewing agency.
Click View to see the corresponding table below for all records included in the Response Pending category. Use the Record Number link to get details about the needed response actions.
Tip: The View button displays the corresponding records for the action item categories: Payments, Response Pending, and Renewals Pending cards.
All table data is available for downloaded by clicking the Export button.
The export file will prompt for a location to save the export to.
The Renewals Pending section lists records that are eligible to be renewed. Click View to see eligible records.
From the view list of renewable records use the Action list to either initiate the renewal process or amend an existing record.
Click the i next to the amendment link, to see what kind of amendments can be processed for each record.
The Resume an Application section lists the applications you are currently processing and have not yet submitted.
To pick up with an application in the spot where you left, off click the Resume link next to the record you would like to work with.
If your ezTrak Edge user account has Cincinnati Elevator records associated with it, there is an Action Center focus for just these needed actions, Elevators: Actions Pending. It appears just below the Action Summary section.
To work with the indicated elevator records awaiting these actions, click the View button to be taken to the record detail list.
Use the Submit Amendments link in the Action column to complete actions needed on elevator records.
